Why :
With the rapid rise of electric vehicles, battery storage, and advanced electronics, the risk of thermal runaway and battery fires has become a critical safety challenge. Traditional fireproofing and containment materials can be heavy, rigid, or insufficient for modern demands. Elven’s mission is to reinvent safety by offering solutions that meet today’s performance needs without compromise.
They saw a gap: the world needed fireproof composites that are lightweight, flexible, and viable for real-world, high-risk use cases — not just lab theory.



What :
FireGuard™ Composite Material — a next-generation, multi-layered fire-resistant composite that can survive up to 2000 °C while remaining flexible and low weight.
Safety Enclosures / Containment Solutions — tailored fireproof casings for battery modules, energy storage units, EV components, and transport containers.
Custom & Application-Specific Solutions — working with clients to develop bespoke fireproof designs for aerospace, transportation, construction, or industrial use.
Elven has moved beyond simply protective gear — now their materials and systems are critical infrastructure in the safety and energy space.
